Manholes Installation

Manholes Installation

Installation of a new polymer concrete manhole or structure is similar to that of a standard storm drain manhole with a precast base, riser sections, and cone or slab top. There is no field application of coatings as the product comes corrosion-proof. The installation process can be completed in a matter of few minutes. This process consists of unloading the manhole, lowering it into the trench, and placing it on a clear layer of sand or aggregate. It is then connected to the installed sewer system through connections that have already been installed to it at the factory. The installation process is as follows below:

Step 1 : Place the Base Slab & Shaft (Which is Pre-Cored and Benched according to the drawing) on the Concrete blinding.

Step 2 : Pipe Connections are sealed  with our material and checked. If new pipe connection is needed or any extra work(Extra line, extra coring etc.) can be done instantaneously at site.

Step 3: Extension Shaft along with Reducer Slab (if required) and top shaft with cover slab is placed on top.

Step 4: As a final step we fix the Compensation plates and DI cover with our material.
